what a greatstory! ..always strange when you hear a bluesy or hardbroken tune and it is played by a 17-year old kid.(mayby 17 in 1944 is different from 17 in 2009?) … by the way..is it strange that i have to think of coleman hawkins (body &soul) when i hear this tune?
Jr Monterose sounds a bit like Don BYas.. This is quite logical fot 1944…
