This one seems to be a fake Peckin Time !! I imagine it is a japanese recent reissue that has been turned into an original. But the job is not that smart. Definitely, there’s something wrong with seller.

Al, welcome to Italy, if you will be in Milan I will be glad to invite you for an aperitivo just to to thank you for your great job about the Jazz Collector website. I don’t know if you are interested, on October 17th and October 24th there will be in Milan two important vinyl fairs with sellers from Europe and Japan. Especially the October 24th fair is good for jazz records, it happens to find nice BN, Prestige etc. The prices are quickly rising, bargains are quite impossible, but usually there is a good choice of jazz records. Enjoy your vacation and thank you again!

Re the art work on the Duke Jordan album on Swing: the artist is named C. (or sometimes Ch.) Danest. He made a couple of album designs for Vogue and Swing, sometimes in the form of a photo montage, the most familiar being the one on the Vogue issue of Miles’ first 10″ Blue Note album (BLP 5013) = Vogue LD 122.
