Definitely a classic session Lennib ! I honestly forgot all about that one myself… I even tossed it on just now to have a listen in the spirit of the season. Perfect winter Jazz, thanks for the suggestion. (That would be great for driving in a snow storm I think !)

Merry Christmas guys ! I hope “Santa” was good to everyone this year… I never grow tired of hunting for lost Christmas Jazz sides out there during the month of December and this year is no exception. It’s amazing how much has been recorded, then forgotten. I mean who could forget such classics as “Santa’s Secret” by Johnny Guarnieri with Slam Stewart ? Although, this season I have not found anything noteworthy just yet, but I am still hoping to find that rare Christmas themed LP/CD from the golden age to add to the ol’ collection this year. Anyone got any interesting suggestions ?
