					<description><![CDATA[Well, on a strict investment point of view, peopple who paid it around 2500 / 3000 some years ago were right. 

What amazes me on this one, is that it is not the most coveted NY23 (although it is inappropriate to call this famous NY 23  &quot;first press&quot;), and moreover it is not the best copy ever seen : damaged corners, used seams etc...Now the pictures are fine and that shiny lamination does the job...]]></description>

I contacted the seller afterward to negotiate a price off-eBay, and was told that they were going to keep it unless they received a &quot;silly ridiculous&quot; price for it.  Guess the bills still have to be paid so it&#039;s back on the block.]]></description>
