I for one have never been convinced that these pressings are really better than the original 12 ” NYC Prestiges. European versions of 10 ” albums though tend to be better than the US originals.

I’ve never seen this Barclay Zoot, anyone heard/have it. Is the music good.
I absolutely love Zoot and find him to be under appreciated. He gets his due, but rarely is he considered in the top tier or even close to top tier of tenors which I imagine is because he was not as innovative as the great ones. He’s no Sonny or JC but I just love listening to him play. Such a beautiful tone.
