BN 5022 was my introduction to Blue Note Jazz. I picked it up for 50 cents at a swap meet. Tempus Fugit blew me away. Mile's tone and trumpet acrobatics seemed otherwordly for a 16yr old suburban white kid. I left this record at home when I went off to college, along with a lot of other LPs. Then my mother moved, and I could not get home quickly enough to save my record collection..... Back then (late 80's) this was a $50-$100 record and too much for kid just out of college so it has gone unreplaced in my collection, though I do have a Lexington 12 inch to pacify me.

My pressing of Fontainebleau is a promo first that was Dick Buckley’s copy. There was an auction of his records in 2011 after he passed away, and we were happy to get a few. Like most of his records, it has his radio show play notes on the back. He seems to have loved “The Scene is Clean” and played it many many times on his show. Also played “Bulla-Babe” a few times. Good record, we enjoy playing it from time to time. Tremendous band, great sound.

I don't see the double label. The browning may be an indication though.
Gluing of two labels does occur at Blue Note. I have had a 10" Kenny Drew with 2 labels visible at the pin hole.
Dameron Fontainebleau vs Mating Call. The latter one of my favourites. The former interesting, for sure. Like Al, haven't played it in the last decades.
