Please note, seller (funk you) has a lot of great originals, especially Blue Notes. He has gone to the trouble of listing the 'ear' for Plastilyte pressings. There are some in there that are pressed at Liberty plants that are no dg NYUSA, no ear, most even have original sleeves to date their era. At that, happy bidding.

I have been watching the auctions of the Hank Mobley seller (funkyou) for a few years now. For quite some time, this seller would amass a pile of rare records (20-30 LPs) in the jazz and funk genres and then list them all as one auction because the condition of the records and jackets would all be VG/VG+. He did this every few weeks for the longest time. Even then, he would fetch high prices for a pile of rare, scratchy Blue Notes.

If someone could tell Larry Cohn about that first auction. There are some great repressings in there & he seems to have the original sleeves in them for actually dating some of those.
