Yes, Michel is correct, as always. And Rudolf as well: It was Booker Ervin on the Horace Parlan record. The only other record I can think of on which Dexter was a sideman is the Stan Levey record, This Time The Drum’s On Me. This, of course, does not count his collaborations with Jackie McLean, Booker Ervin, Gene Ammons and Wardell Gray, and his early recordings with Fats Navarro, Leo Parker, et al.

I think Michel, as we expect from him, gave quickly the correct response.
IMHO Maarten is not right, it was Booker Ervin who was on a Horace Parlan record, with a guitarist, I believe Grant Green.
