Looks like there’s a non-Split-Pak version of it too that could probably be had for a cheaper price. I’m hemming and hawing on the JG but since I just bought some nice records, it’s a battle that I may not choose this time.

It’s funny, I think I’ve read here that Argos are not viewed as collectible – sure, not in the four-digit price tag like some Blue Notes, but still pretty valuable just the same.

There is a second J.C. Heard up this week on Ebay from another seller. The condition is not what you’d hope for,but the price is-I believe it’s opening at $25 or so..

Would love to get a mint- Split-Pak of that Griff but $250 is a bit rich for me right now.
