At the beginning of the U.S. war against Irak, I noticed that many U.S. sellers for no given reason wouldn’t sell to French customers. These restrictions have now been lifted. They were against EBay policy anyway.
Present day restrictions for non-delivery reasons I see most include Italy, France and the Russian Federation.
I am regularly supplying to Italy and the Russian Federation with registered mail and never got any complaint.
The only problems of non-delivery (parcels lost) I encountered with the U.K. Royal Mail is notoriously unreliable. But it is no reason for me not to ship to the U.K.

On this record, the seller says he will not ship to Italy. I’ve seen this from other sellers as well. I have been shipping to Italy for years and have several good customers over there. I haven’t had any problems. What kinds of problems have other sellers encountered that they won’t ship there anymore?
