Only three bidders? For shame. its a fantastic record. Byrd and Woods are on top form and Wallington is in my view under-rated.
If it is of any interest to anyone, the UK Esquire simultaneous release - alternative cover - came up on eBay within a week or so.
I have posted up the deadwax complete with original PRLP Prestige catalogue number, which is interesting since it was a New Jazz release NJLP 8207

To save any blushes it ran to no more than $30. A winner, all in all, but I would still love that cover.
