Many of Gary Bartz’ material has been sampled in hiphop records and I have Gary Bartz NTU Troop’s Harlem Bush Music albums “Taifa” and “Uhuru” and “Ju Ju Street Songs”. I wish I could have been there so I could have asked him a bit more about those particular albums. They’re superb. 😉
