The Cannonball/Miles take on “Leaves” is what got me listening seriously to jazz… I’ll never tire of that song.

Any recommendations on his early Mercury records? I’ve mainly been listening to his soul-jazz Capitol material…

Well the newbie needs help again. Speaking of Live at the Lighthouse, I just placed a bid on it(ebay#270455476938) but now I don’t believe it’s the original. I thought if it had the large label it was, but i just saw a different design on sunday @ vv and moonbeams. Sorry for the ignorance, maybe someone knows a link for riverside label info? ps even if it’s not the orig I still can’t wait to hear, big fan.
