Michel — really nice quartet setting for Farmer, with Tommy Flanagan on piano. They do several songs you don’t often hear in jazz settings, such as Goodbye Old Girl (from Damn Yankees), So Beats My Heart For You and Younger Than Springtime. They also do a nice version of a Benny Golson favorite of mine, Out of the Past. Great record to listen to, not sure if you couldn’t find a nice copy for a more reasonable price, however.
