					<description><![CDATA[Al, great independent record stores are still alive and well in the SF Bay Area. On Sunday, I was at Groove Yard, which in on Telegraph Ave. in Oakland. The store front is maybe 15 feet wide, and is very deep. All jazz with a very friendly owner (Rick Ballard.) I bought Yusef Lateef&#039;s Live at Pep&#039;s and the Herbie Harper Jazz in Hollywood 10&quot; blue vinyl by Nocturne. He has on display along an entire wall many 78 Jazz Album sets (maybe 50+ different.) Just step back in time and dream a little.....]]></description>
